The International Partnership for Hydrogen and Fuel Cells in the Economy (IPHE) recently published its 2010 Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Global Commercialization Development Update, with the support of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Fuel Cell Technologies Program.
